How to submit
Submission checklist
Follow these rules to avoid delays and get your deals reviewed as quickly as possible

Email subject

Important: Emails with FWD or RE in the subject line may not be recognized by our submission system

Bank statements

Submit clear, high-quality PDFs with all information fully visibleDon't
Submit blurry scans, photos, screenshots, cropped pages or incomplete PDFs3
One account per offer
Do
Submit statements for one bank account per offer. We don't consolidate accounts4
Current MTD
Do
Always include the current month-to-date statement, from the first of the month to the most recent available date5
Previous defaults / ZBL
Do
If the merchant has a previous default, include the Zero Balance Letter with the initial submission. This matters most if the position was closed within the 3-month review period6
File names
